Love - World's version vs God's Version

As i was walking home i just got a revelation that i should look upon this subject ....

Many say they are in love ... lets start by looking at what we define as love

The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my boyfriend"). Many times we often see love as the world sees it -

I love my boyfriend/girlfriend
I love my car
I love my mp3
I love my phone and so on ....

These things arent wrong in itself ... the
question that just popped in my mind was ... arent these things temporal ?
lets look at what God's defenition of love is

1 corinthians 13:4-5
Love is patient , Love is kind .It does not envy , it does not boast ,it is not proud.
It is rude,It is not self seeking ,It is not easily angered ,it keeps no record of wrongs


1 Corinthians 13:6-8
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices witht he truth it always protects,always trusts,always hopes,always perseveres.Love never fails .

When i saw these two verses i was just like wow !!!! ... i was reminded that God always points to the tree where the lamb that was slain for our sins as LOVE ... what a radical statement ...i myself admit i have fallen short and have even been conformed to the patterns of the world and need change


Father i ask for your forgiveness right now for even feeling that your LOVE is not enough and ask that you would transform my mind into your likeness and i know that your LOVE is always enough .In Jesus Name Amen . :D
I need your fresh anointing God ... touch me Jesus !!!!!!!! ... i know through you nothing is impossible Lord i ask you for the peace that surpasses all understanding

in phillipians 4:7 you promised me that

⁷And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

in Jesus name Amen . :D
